As China's economic development,the changing times,the disintegration of the traditional family model,increase in the proportion of dual-earner families,and reduce burden on the country's policy of school-age children in school time,vacuum became most parents of students after school problems.Due to the current public education system rigid and cannot meet the needs of modern society.In order to resolve this major livelihood issue,the Ministry of education began in parts of the country the pilot,after-school class managed policies,this policy is now important exploration of 3:30 parents of school-age children to pick up the kids.In 2014,the Beijing Municipal Government launched the policy of compulsory implementation of the plan of students ' extracurricular activities,referred to as "an hour after class activities".Beijing primary school "an hour after class activities" in order to not only improve students ' comprehensive quality and meet students ' all-round development and individual development,and to activities as a starting point,solve the problem of children after school managed.This study through the analysis of existing documentation,policies based on text analysis and p primary field research,Chaoyang District,to see the school "after-school hour" policy details,get first-hand investigation.Results show that "an hour after class activities" very welcomed by parents,student participation in the 80%above;the school attaches great importance to extra-curricular activities,school teachers to extracurricular activities vary in degree of willingness to serve,generally achieved the desired effect,for further implementation of the "one hour after class activities" played a facilitating role.But in the process of implementation,due to limited space,lack of funding,teacher shortages and forced the cancellation of some activities of the reality.The author believes that Governments need to take appropriate measures to promote "an hour after class activities",to relax the rigid system within the public school system,flexible school leavers;broaden the scope of the subject,build schools,communities,public services and multiple host mode;improving the extracurricular activities of supporting policies.And construction of a wide range of teachers in colleges and universities and home-school cooperation,increasing teacher preparation;education working together to co-ordinate the educational resources.In addition,the Government needs to increase specific funding support,special system of strict implementation of the funds,pay the difference through corporate sponsorships as well as schools and other measures to remedy the problems of insufficient funds,effective school "after-school hour" real problems in the process of schools and other measures to remedy the problems of insufficient funds,effective school "after-school hour" real problems in the process of implementation,so as to make this policy effective.Current public school after class managed policy in China is still in its initial stage of exploration,has not yet been formed,in reference to the successful experience of developed countries at the same time,the key to with the situation of China's basic education,especially the causes of differences between urban and rural education plan,the Government needs to establish a comprehensive policy,science,systems,managed after class provides protection across the country.
