On the basis of the practice of "sports,art 2+1" project and the reduction of primary and middle school students' learning burden,the Beijing municipal commission of education,in 2014,put forward a notice concerning the program of extra-curricular activities in primary and middle schools,which is called "one hour after class",in order to promote the all-round development of primary and middle school students.Each school then carries out various sports,arts,technology and other project courses according to their own needs,and more and more part-time teachers enter into the school.The research take the Haidian district for example,using the literature review method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,To randomly classified by school districts of 17 primary schools "one hour after class" activities part-time teachers,Basic situation,cognition degree of activity and participation motivation,teacher ability,teacher management.,explore the problems and give appropriate countermeasures,in order to carry out "one hour after class" activities to provide efficient reference,improve teaching quality,solid foundation for students' all-round development.The conclusions are as follows:1.In Beijing primary school,the age structure of "one hour after class" part-time teachers tended to be younger,with slightly more women than men,and the gender characteristics of the project were obvious.Education level is concentrated in undergraduate;The profession presents diversification,the student is the main force;Education time and activity time are short and liquidity is large.2.In Beijing primary school,the part-time teachers of "one hour after class" have a low awareness of the activity.The motivation for participation is mainly to increase teaching experience,increase income and help students improve skills.3.In Beijing primary school,"one hour after class" activities of part-time teachers is low in consistency with teaching projects;There are many ways to master technology,and learn more from others.The length of the project is different,and nearly 30% of teachers have no qualification.Teachers of different project types have different situations in these four aspects,and teachers' overall special technical ability is uneven,and traditional cultural projects are better than the other three categories.4.Beijing primary school "one hour after class" activities part-time teachers in addition to the teaching has good expression and communication ability,teaching design,teaching method,teaching and teaching evaluation ability is weaker,teaching organization and management ability is especially lacking;In general,the teaching ability of part-time teachers is generally not high.5.Part-time teachers in Beijing primary school have a variety of ways to obtain part-time information,and the signing of the work agreement is not ideal.Teacher training is mainly for pre-job training;The salary range of part-time teachers mainly focuses on 101-150 yuan per hour,and teachers are generally satisfied with salary.6.There are some problems in the part-time teaching staff of "one hour after class" in Beijing primary school.The teachers' age structure is too young,and the time of education is short and the experience is not enough.The project is not highly consistent with the project,and the technical ability of the project is uneven.Lack of teaching ability and lack of participation in training;Low level of understanding and difficulty in management;The corresponding countermeasures are given to the government,school and teachers themselves.
