Investigation And Research On The Development Of " One Hour After Class" Sports Activities In The Primary School Affiliated To Beijing University Of Aeronautics And Astronautics

In recent years,Beijing has continuously improved the working mechanism and measures for after-school services in primary and secondary schools,alleviating the burden of students' work,enhancing the physical fitness of students,and striving to resolve the "three-and-a-half after class" problem.In 2014,the Beijing Municipal Education Commission issued the "Notice".Beijing took the lead in practice and gained some good experience.In2017,the Ministry of Education issued a document requesting the nationwide after-school service.In 2018,the Beijing Municipal Education Commission issued the "Opinions" on the basis of the 2014 Notice.Strengthen the after-school services of primary and secondary schools,based on the school's rich and colorful extracurricular activities,and provide after-school custody services as the basic content,in accordance with the “government purchase of social services” to achieve full coverage in the Beijing compulsory education section,to promote students comprehensive Healthy growth,"one hour after class" sports activities are only a part of them.This article uses literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field observation method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,compare relevant guidance documents,and draws the guiding significance of policy change,with the development of "one hour after class" sports activities For the research object,through the questionnaire survey of the primary school students in primary school affiliated to Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics,the one-hour class teacher after class,and the interviews with the school leaders,physical education teachers,and class teachers,master the development of the “one hour after class” sports activities of primary school affiliated to Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics and find out the existence of the activities.The problem is to propose corresponding countermeasures,and it can also be used for promotion by other schools.The results of the study:(1)Contrast the 2014 notice and the 2018 opinion discovery:the school has greater autonomy in carrying out activities,and the development time is prolonged and the frequency of development is increased;the after-school custody service is added to make up for the lack of extracurricular activities before the multi-party activities aremobilized.Post-service;the government's investment in activities will increase,and the teachers required for activities will also be greatly improved;the management still pays attention to research and assessment,pays attention to solving the problem's effectiveness and sums up the experience and cases in the process of development;The process of after-sales service work,precise responsibility,and provide a strong guarantee for the activities in many aspects.(2)The organization and management structure of primary school affiliated to Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics “one hour after class” sports activities is linear;the existing venues are basically satisfactory;the school provides most equipment,and a few need students to purchase;the teachers and students are more satisfied with sports equipment.The school uses a variety of organizational forms to carry out "one hour after class" sports activities.(3)Primary school affiliated to Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics “one hour after class” sports activities are carried out every Friday,every time within 1-2 hours and concentrated between 14:35-17:30,with more projects;in special weather In the case of individual projects,classes will be suspended;school teachers participate in supervision but have low emphasis.(4)Primary school affiliated to Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics "one hour after class" physical activity the overall education of the teachers was higher,the teaching age was generally shorter,and the teachers were younger;most of the teachers received the teacher qualification certificate but did not receive the sports level;The maximum number of people who teach each class for 90 minutes is not very optimistic;most of the courses taught by the instructors are consistent with their own special projects,enhance themselves through multiple channels,freely choose teaching content and use a variety of teaching methods.(5)Students are more interested in the “one hour after class” sports activities but have a better level of understanding;the most people participate once a week and participate in 90 minutes each time;the participating projects are mainly ball games,sports games and track and field;The reasons for participation are mostly physical fitness,personal interests,and improvement of sports performance;the intensity of activity is generally large,and studentsare more satisfied with the teachers;they hope to add ball,dance,and training programs.
