The method of experiential teaching has become an important part of the education teaching method.In this paper,based on the concept of experiential teaching,theoretical basis,teaching process,combined with the actual situation of students' physical quality and basic technical level,through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the experience type teaching method in the application of table tennis lesson options were studied.Specific to southwest jiaotong university grade 2015 students of two pingpong option class as experimental object,takes the form of grouping random sampling,the selection of students are divided into experimental class and that in comparative classes,respectively,using the experience type teaching method and the traditional teaching method,compares the experimental teaching to the students' physical quality,basic technology,learning motivation and cooperation ability as table tennis in this paper,the experimental test content,and the laboratory test results for statistical analysis.Through comparing research,the experience type teaching method not only helps to improve students' table tennis basic technical level,and to cultivate students' interest in learning table tennis,team consciousness,cooperation ability effect is obvious.In this paper,the results of the comparative analysis of test scores in the experiment and the comparative study were obtained.(1)In table tennis,the improvement of basic technical level of table tennis is helped by both the experience method and the traditional teaching method.Forehand attack,backhand block,left push on right attack skill evaluation scores and backhand block,left push right attack on the grades of through the statistical analysis of measured results into a significant difference(P < 0.05).Thus,experience type teaching method applied in the teaching of the college table tennis lesson options is feasible,and superior to the traditional teaching method,the overall helps students table tennis technology level of ascension.(2)The experience type teaching method in the teaching process,follow the principle of complementary advantages,using heterogeneous grouping learning experience learning,communication and discussion,and makes the students in the learning atmosphere of helping each other and increase the chance of communication,to enhance understanding and created a free and harmonious learning environment,conducive to the cultivation of students' cooperation ability and the improvement of learning enthusiasm.(3)The experience type teaching method in the use of table tennis lesson options,make table tennis technology relatively poor students to promote technology level,gradually set up the learning confidence,to some extent,to effectively prevent the phenomenon of students' learned helplessness.(4)In table tennis teaching,using the experience type teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method is enough make the dominant position of the teacher and student's main body status in the teaching better,conducive to the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students.At the same time,the teaching method can give full play to the students' independent thinking ability and cultivate the sense of ownership in the classroom.
