At present,China mainly uses the standing long jump project to test the explosive power of infants and adolescents' lower extremities.According to the test performance of children and the basis of previous studies,it is found that the children aged 3-6 can not fully show the development level of their lower extremity explosive power,the test results and the age of the children when they do the standing long jump test.The degree of children's mastery of technical action and the external environmental factors of the test have a direct relationship,and there are some errors in the test results,which lead to the inability to accurately judge the development of children's lower extremity strength.Based on the above factors,select test items suitable for children aged 3-6 years old in various ages,combined with contextualized games to reduce the pressure of external factors on children,and develop a gamification method for measurement of lower extremities explosive power.The aim is to enable young children to demonstrate their explosiveness in a relaxed and happy manner under context-based games and to better serve their physical fitness monitoring.Through the methods of interview,physique test,experiment and mathematical statistics,the correlation analysis was carried out between the test results of explosive force of lower limbs and the standing long jump of children aged 3-6 years old.The level of lower extremity explosive force in the experimental group and the control group was tested by using the method of gameplay test.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the test scores and the standing long jump scores(P<0.05),which indicated that the gameplay test method could be used as a method to evaluate the explosive power of children's lower extremities.Based on the results of game test of explosive force of lower extremity as dependent variable,the difference T test was carried out between the experimental group and the control group,and the effect of the test methods in each age group was analyzed.According to the data,the main effect of test before and after 3 to 4 years old in the experimental group was significant(P<0.001),and the score of the post test was significantly higher than that of the pre test.972,and the effect was great.In the experimental group,the main effect of test was significant(P<0.001),and the score of post test was significantly higher than that of pre test.735(P<0.001).In the experimental group,the main effect of test before and after the test was significant(P<0.05),and the score of the post test was significantly higher than that of the children aged 5-6 years old(P<0.05,P<0.05).The above data indicate that the gameplay method can measure the change level of lower extremity explosive force in children,and has a certain sensitivity.In order to make the gameplay method of lower extremity explosive force more effective in kindergarten,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Follow the law of infant movement development and choose appropriate sports games.2.Give scientific physique evaluation according to the child's own development condition.
