Badminton as a fast as the core of sports,badminton players have a fast displacement ability is one of the key elements to win the game,fast start-up speed and change ability requires athletes to have good lower limb explosive force as the basis,so it is of great significance to explore effective training methods to improve the lower limb explosive force of badminton players.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of the plyometrics on the lower limb explosive force of male badminton professional players,and to test the training effect with the special footwork test of badminton,so as to provide more reference for the application of the plyometrics in badminton training.The paper using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,16 male badminton professional players are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Under the same conditions,the two groups are respectively trained with 8-week plyometrics and traditional resistance training.After the experiment,the experimental group and control group's lower limb explosive power index and badminton specialty are studied Statistical analysis was carried out for each step index and the following research results were obtained:1.After the experiment,there was a very significant difference(p<0.01)between the experimental group and the control group in the five lower limb explosive force indexes of standing long jump,vertical high jump,standing triple jump,single foot long jump and horizontal long jump,which shows that the fast stretching compound training designed in this paper and the traditional resistance training adopted in the control group can effectively develop the lower limb explosive force of male badminton professional players.2.After the experiment,there was a very significant difference(p<0.01)between the two special badminton footwork indexes in the experimental group,namely,the two sides of the touchline and the four corners touchline,In the control group,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)between the two special badminton footwork indexes of the two sides of the line and the four corners of the line,which shows that the fast stretching compound training designed in this paper and the traditional resistance training used in the control group can effectively develop the special footwork speed of male professional badminton players..3.After the experiment,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the five lower limb explosive force indexes of standing long jump,vertical high jump,standing triple jump,single foot long jump and horizontal long jump,Therefore,compared with the traditional resistance training in thecontrol group,the plyometrics designed in this paper is more significant in improving the explosive power of lower limbs of professional badminton male players.4.After the experiment,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the two special badminton footwork indexes of the two sides of the line and the four corners of the line,Therefore,compared with the traditional resistance training in the control group,the plyometrics designed in this paper is more significant for the development of the special footwork speed of professional badminton male players.
