The cultivation of communicative morality is one of the important contents of junior high school moral education.The teaching of the moral character,the equality,the respect,the integrity and the interpersonal communication of the junior high school students,respectively,involves the parents and the children's communication,the teacher and the teacher,the teacher and the teacher,Student exchanges,the interaction between students,public social interaction and other aspects.From the teaching practice,the author explores the cultivation of the interpersonal quality of junior high school students.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the specific content of the junior high school ideological and moral class about the interpersonal character cultivation.Mainly with the eighth grade on the textbook to honor their parents,respect for teachers,honest and trustworthy,equal to others,with people for the good,love the public environment and facilities,to comply with morality and order and other exchanges and moral character.The second part is the significance of the junior high school ideological and moral courses to strengthen the cultivation of students' interpersonal quality.Mainly in: First,is conducive to promoting student growth.Such as in terms of learning,life and social interaction.Second is conducive to improving the teaching effect.Under the guidance of teachers,students actively participate in the experience,so as to have a strong interest in learning,better completion of the teaching objectives,but also improve the teaching effect.Third,is conducive to achieving moral education goals.Such as ideological and moral quality,legal quality and psychological quality and so on.The third part is the concrete strategy of cultivating students' interpersonal character in junior middle school ideological and moral course.Mainly around the three parts to elaborate,one is to play the ideological and moral teachers to educate students to cultivate interpersonal quality.Second,the use of classroom teaching content to train students interpersonal character.This part of the content mainly around the teacher's education responsibilities,using a variety of teaching methods and guide students to self-learning and other aspects of elaboration.The third is to carry out the practice of ideological and moral courses to cultivate students interpersonal character.Mainly around two aspects,one is the junior high school moral and moral education activities combined.Such as student participation in class moral education management,participation in educational environment construction and participation in social services.Second,the layout of ideological and moral disciplines of teaching practice.Including practical,ability and emotional practice.Through research to help junior high school students to cultivate good moral character,for the cause of socialist modernization drive qualified personnel.
