Since the implementation of three-level curriculum management system,parts of the region,schools can share some autonomy of curriculum development,some schools come to carry out the practice of curriculum construction gradually,promoted the basic education curriculum reform and development.In our country,part of economic prosperity and education developed areas with advanced consciousness and innovation spirit,presented prosperity situation in the field of curriculum construction.However,the schools are different in basic education stage,like the teachers level,quality of students,the schools scale,the financial investment and so on.course construction level is not balanced between intercollegiate,furthermore,The school have difficult to get rid of the problem of mass with the school alone individual strength.Area of the administrative department of education holds the administrative power and the education resources in this area,they have the function of advantage.such as a guide and lead for the construction of school curriculum,plan as a whole and sharing,specification and supportion.Therefore,area to promote as a concept and methods become the reality of the construction of the school curriculum,regional promotion of school curriculum construction also become school education characteristic,diversified development pattern of the important paths.The process of regional promotion of school curriculum construction is full of obstacles and hardship,analysis the regional internal limitations and external action constraints,insight into the various obstacles in the regional promotion,regional education administration will promote the development of school education.On the one hand,the nature of the administrative department and the characteristics of the w ork determine the regional promotion's own limitations;On the other hand,the enthusiasm of the school participation and the quality of the teachers group also restrict the process of the regional promoting school curriculum construction.Although the current school curriculum construction is in full swing,the practical experiences and theoretical researches on the regional promotion of school curriculum construction are not rich,theories lag behind practices make the education practice workers dazed.Therefore,the researches on the regional promotion of school curriculum construction are not only conducive to the rational planning of the overall layout of basic education reform,integrate the educational resources effectively,but also help to solve the practical difficulties of the education front-line practitioners,realize the professional development of teachers,and promote the all-round development of students.The top planning and design of the region often "Pull one hair and the whole body is affected",so we must be based on the actual situation in the region to do the overallconsideration.Above all,we should change the original responsibility concept of "administrative management",have an accurate role orientation,this is the premise of regional subjectivity into play.Secondly,we need to understand the purpose of school curriculum construction,pays special attention to the several key points in the school curriculum construction,it is the logical starting point of regional promoting school curriculum construction.Finally,we need to build up a reasonable and orderly promote order,including regional organizational structure and propulsion principles,this is the schemata of theory and operating train of thought in carrying out the work of the regional education administrative department.Comprehensive the restrictive factors of regional promoting school curriculum construction and the overall considerations,promote the regional curriculum leadership,clarificate and transformate the curriculum concept,condensate the curriculum construction community,bidirectional protocol the administrative power and school autonomy,auxiliary propel the school curriculum integrate construction is the way for us to seek further improvement.
