| Regional promotion is not only the inevitable trend of kindergarten play-oriented curriculum construction,but also the inevitable choice of improving kindergarten curriculum quality.The regional promotion has currently become the top priority of the curriculum game reform in Jiangsu Province.In order to understand the specific situation of regional promotion about kindergarten play-oriented curriculum,this study selects district the zone A in Nanjing as a case,adopts interview method and questionnaire survey method to scan the actual situation of regional promotion about kindergarten play-oriented curriculum from two aspects: the organizational state of administrative teaching and research level and the implementation state of kindergarten level,and with the help of self-organization theory,learning organization theory and adult learning theory Xi’s theory analyzes the existing problems in the current situation.It is found that from the perspective of the organizational status of administrative teaching and research,there are five major problems in the regional promotion of kindergarten play-oriented curriculum in zone A: in terms of leadership management,there are many contradictions between the administrative department and the teaching and research department firstly;secondly,in terms of system construction,the guiding documents are too formalized to be implemented;thirdly,in terms of organizational structure,within the project research community The development of kindergarten is not balanced,which can not meet the different development needs of all kinds of kindergartens at all levels;fourthly,in terms of activity measures,some activities "form is more than content";finally,in terms of cultivating cultural power,cultural identity lacks wide recognition and support,which makes it difficult to form cultural influence.Based on the five aspects proposed in the implementation requirements of the program,the investigation dimension is formed,and then it is found that from the perspective of the implementation status of the kindergarten level,there are two major problems: unbalanced development of the kindergarten,and differences in teachers’ abilities.Specifically,the activity organization is more flexible in form,but the time arrangement is not flexible enough.Teachers are more active in home communication,but parents are still passive.The attention to the value of life is significantly improved,but there are still constraints in action.The importance of curriculum review has been generally recognized,but the effectiveness needs to be improved.The awareness of observing children has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,but methods and techniques have not been implemented yet.Starting from the problems reflected in the current situation,and based on the theories of self-organization,learning organization and adult learning.This paper analyzes the restrictive factors in the promotion of the game area of the curriculum in zone A,and discovers the main restrictive factors are the collaborative concept has not been deepened,the non-linear effect has not been paid attention to,the kindergarten support as "fast parameter" and "slow parameter" Insufficient,the introduction of external support as "negative entropy" is not enough,the structure of learning organization is not scientific enough.Particularly,the main restrictive factors at the kindergarten level are as follows: the disparity of conditions in the kindergarten hinders the overall upgrading of regional education through fluctuation;the head of the kindergarten doesn’t give full play to the leadership as a key figure and sensitive variable;as the main body of curriculum game learning and implementation,the teacher doesn’t fully stimulate the subjective mobility.In view of this,this study attempts to put forward strategic suggestions from the two levels of administrative teaching research and kindergarten for the regional promotion of play-oriented curriculum to provide some reference for more regions. |
