Since the reform and opening up,social work from the West into China,in our country take root.With the rapid development of social economy and social problems in our country,the social problems have become increasingly prominent,and the social problems that have become increasingly prominent in the society have gradually become the major issues of national development.In this context,the development of social work has brought diversity to solve social problems.Gradually developed into a solution can not be replaced by a means.In recent years,the transformation of government functions,vigorously promote the purchase of social workers service policy,coupled with the development of social work education,social work localization and professional development of social workers institutions have been booming,but over time,the government to buy social work services Criticized the growing number of social workers have also produced a lot of problems,encountered a bottleneck,and began to explore the transformation of the road.At the same time with the third sector of the social sector has a certain development,social enterprises are foreign to make up for a "government function failure" of an organizational form,both commercial and public thinking,to alleviate social contradictions,The problem has provided new ideas,the concept of social enterprises into China and social work to enter China's time is almost,but the development lagging behind the social work,in recent years,with the rise of the third sector,social enterprises began to develop in China.This paper hopes to explore the social ecology of social worker institutions and provide support for the transformation of social workers through the comparison of social worker development and social enterprise development from the perspective of resource dependence theory and social ecosystem theory.
