The third year of mathematics "excellent students" and "poor students" is two more special groups, but also the third year of teaching need special attention. But mathematics teachers pay more attention to secondary students in the actual junior teaching,"poor students" and "excellent students" concern is not high.Teachers teach the same knowledge of mathematics in the actual mathematics learning process, but the students learning effect is different. It is because of the student's own learning methods that lead to student differences exist. So as to investigate the learning strategies of "excellent students" and "poor students " in the third year of mathematics, hoping to draw the attention of teachers. We can make some suggestions for the better solution to such problems. The two groups of "excellent students" and "poor students" in the third year are exist and more common.Prior to this, many experts and scholars have done a special study. They not only analysis of the "poor students" the reasons, but also discusses how to carry out "poor students" mathematics teaching. In the "excellent students",many experts put forward a special teaching method and teaching suggestions.Scholars have also conducted a "excellent students" and "poor students" comparative study, the difference between the two groups and so on.The research of this paper focuses on the learning strategies of "excellent students" and "poor students",especially the investigation and research on the target management strategy.First of all,the author consulted a large number of relevant literature and information. The author discusses the third year of mathematics "excellent students" and "poor students" and learning strategies from the theoretical aspects. On this basis, the author defines the mathematical concepts of "excellent students",mathematics "poor students" and mathematical learning strategies, and expounds the theoretical basis of mathematical strategies.Secondly, the questionnaire was carried out from ten dimensions, namely attitude, motivation, time management, anxiety, concentration, information processing, selection points, academic help and self-test in the survey.Through the investigation of mathematics learning strategies of "excellent students" and "students with disabilities" in junior high school mathematics, the characteristics of mathematics learning of "excellent students" and "poor students" are obtained through independent sample T test and correlation analysis. In this part,we analyze the specific mathematics learning strategies of "students with disabilities" and "excellent students",and explain their characteristics according to the specific dimensions of ten dimensions, and from the aspects of pre-class,class and after-school.Finally,the ten dimensions of mathematics learning are based on the investigation of the mathematics learning strategies about of the third math "excellent students" and the third math "poor students".We can conclude the learning strategies and recommendations from the ten dimensions.Suggestions are concerned about teachers and students, and fewer recommendations need to cooperate with the parents. The teaching suggestions of mathematics learning strategies are mainly from three aspects.? Teachers need to conduct a practical investigation in the "poor students" and "excellent students" the original mathematical learning methods and strategies, and thus targeted to start teaching.(2)Teachers should show the specific content of learning strategies, meaning and value in teaching strategies.? Teachers should be applied the mathematics learning strategies to the teaching context in the actual mathematics classroom. At the same time, teachers should provide students with the opportunity to exercise,so that students really understand. Thus, students can apply mathematics learning strategies to practical math learning.
