In terms of higher vocational education,the training goal is mainly to promote the employment of students.In the way of training,it should ensure that students can be better adapt to the job and professional needs and have a good ability to adapt to the work situation in the future.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of education,we need to highlight the employment-oriented training mode in the process of teaching and educating.One of the most important aspects is to perfect the practice and make full use of the practical links of the Practical teaching.For the pre-school teachers to cultivate vocational colleges,the students should be more complex characteristics,that is not only have a professional knowledge,but also need the multiple capacity-building.In addition,due to the continuous improvement of the educational level,the target should be focus on training students the ability of sustainable development,such as reflection ability,self-learning ability,etc.,to make students get better development in the future.Teaching is a complex,situational and practical activity.In the teacher's pre-service education,we should ensure the teaching of theoretical knowledge,and pay attention to the teaching ability and practical ability of students at the same time to achieve the combination of teacher education theory courses and teaching scenarios.In order to ensure the efficient use of the teaching scenarios for prospective teachers,we need to organize a good teaching practice.This paper starts from the existing literatures about the concept of teacher education specialization training and the cultivation of vocational education skills talents,then understand the pre-school education professional personnel training,especially the important practical teaching,through the questionnaire,interviews and other survey methods.In this survey,it is found that there are some problems such as low level of cooperation between the training institutions and the teaching practice units in the management of internships,the lack of preparation for the pre-education practice,the lack of effective guidance to the students,the poor performance of the relevant management departments and the imperfect construction of the evaluationsystem.Through the further research and in-depth understanding,we found that the reasons for the poor management practice and poor quality are the lack of awareness of practical teaching,lack of management in the process of co-ordination,lack of perfect education practice cooperation mechanism and lack of protection mechanism.In view of the shortcomings in the practice management,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies based on the systems theory,process management theory and constructivism,including: First,to build the perfect management mechanism,improve the two aspects of system and institution;Second,to strengthen process management,including organizational management and process management.The former includes strengthening the cooperative management between institutions and internships,realizing mutually beneficial win-win partnership and perfecting the construction of internship instructors.The latter includes improving the development of educational internship plans,transforming the idea of educational practice,changing educational practice Leadership,improving the evaluation of educational practice and so on.This study is based on the current situation of the teaching practice of the pre-school education in the vocational college,and the practical experience of the researcher's practical teaching in a college of education.It has put forward some suggestions on how to effectively carry out and realize the management of the practical teaching practical,and we hope to provide the experience for other higher vocational colleges with pre-school education.
