In recent years,in response to the relevant national policies,various provinces and cities are exploring different development modes of the vocational education,among them,the one called "the Through-type Personnel Training Mode of Secondary Vocational Education-Applied Undergraduate Education" gains more attention.At present,the pilot education of the mode has been carried out in Jiangsu,Shandong,Beijing and other places.From 2014,it also has be implemented in Shanghai.In our country,since this educational mode has been putted in practice for a very short time,there is relatively less research on this aspect.This article analyzes the class cohesion of the implementation of the pilot education in Shanghai,by choosing Shanghai's representatives S college and K school as the research objects,through the interviews with the relevant principals and teachers,by the means of the research methods of the actual collection of texts.At the same time,through literature analysis,comparing with the foreign education patterns of same situation,and also referring the precedents of the secondary and higher vocational through-type education in our country which has been implemented for a long time and has relatively mature system,it is expected to seek an effective management mechanism for the course cohesion of the education mode in Shanghai and even the whole nation.The implementation of the through-type education is aimed at promoting the close connection of the secondary and higher vocational education,constructing the "overpass" of curriculum setting,training objectives and credit hours of the secondary vocational education and higher education,speeding up the training of excellent firstline technical personnels for adapting to the economic and social development needs,who not only have solid professional knowledge,but also adept skills.Therefore,the situation of the original two independent stages on courses needs to be changed.In order to better realize the course cohesion,Shanghai municipal education commission established a management committee,and its main functions are to manage and coordinate the relationship of the application undergraduate colleges and secondary vocational schools and to put forward each phase's function.Colleges and universitiesand its corresponding secondary vocational schools set up the management team of the professional course cohesive.In the early stage of the project implementation,the corresponding talent training goal,teaching standard,curriculum plan and so on were formulated.This study did the investigation and analysis from the aspects of organization's design,running mechanism,security mechanism,incentive and constraint mechanism and feedback mechanism.The results show that this throughtype course cohesion management mechanism is complete,which plays a positive guiding role for the course cohesion operation;it has reasonable course module arrangement and smooth course cohesion;the safeguard mechanism of the course cohesion is functional;a reasonable incentive and constraint mechanism is established.But as it was implemented for a very short time,some problems appeared:the limit teaching material choice,unreasonable teacher arrangement,incomprehensive evaluation method,unsound feedback mechanism,etc.The following adjustment suggestion is raised based on the survey: with the deepening development of through-type education mode,teachers need to be encouraged to write practical teaching material;teachers should choose appropriate teaching methods to arouse students' study enthusiasm;the evaluation of students should be improved;a more perfect feedback mechanism and other mechanisms should be established.
