In the 21 st century,economic globalization,world multi-polarization and the rapid development of information technology bring both challenges and opportunities for China,a country in its modernization process.To seize these opportunities and rise to all challenges,a large number of innovative talents are needed.China's traditional teaching mode,however,it's not applicable to cultivate such talents.The Ideological and Political course,comparing with other courses,emphasizes to lead students to observe and analyze the phenomenon in society and find out the rules.It mainly to help students establish a right view of the world and grasp effective methodologies.It maintains highly consistent and state policies,principles,committed to the cultivation of "four haves" citizens and successors to the cause of socialist modernization,its content is dull,thoughts and moral sex is very strong.The reality of the urgent need for creative talents and the unique nature of the subject have challenged the development of The Ideological and Political course.Therefore,reform in it is inevitable.Question-Exploring is a teaching method that gives priority to questions,sets up a situation in class and the procedure is "raise questions—discuss the questions—solve the questions—discover new questions".By paying attention to students' subjectivity and leading them to learn new knowledge by themselves and work with other,this method encourages students to ask questions and find new problems to be researched,so as to provides a new way to cultivate innovative talents.There are five chapters in this paper.Chapter one is the introduction,which briefly introduces the concept and theory of Question-Exploring Teaching Method and summarizes its research status from home and abroad.Chapter two is mainly about the current problems exist in the course,the first part of The Ideological and Political course for high school students while applying the teaching method,according to a survey conducted the author.Chapter three discusses the necessity of applying the teaching method in The Ideological and Political course,based on the attribute and effectiveness of the discipline.In chapter four,by taking a class of the course as an example,the author first establishes the pattern of exploring questions,then discusses the teaching design and its demonstration,applying Question-Exploring Teaching Method.Based on that,the author evaluates the effectiveness.Chapter five analyses the questions and problemsof this class.This article through to survey of using Question-Exploring Teaching Method in class on high school education courses,let students to combine theory with experience,which helps to cultivate students the thinking method of integrating theory with practice and the ability to discover and analyze social issues.It can arouse the enthusiasm of students and improve dull classroom atmosphere.Furthermore,this method lays a foundation in innovative talents cultivation.
