In the last curriculum reform,the inquiry-teaching method is still emphasized of all teaching methods in the ideological and political course,thus political teachers pay attention to the teaching method.As we all know,the inquiry question is the key to the inquiry-teaching method.Teacher begins with inquiry questions design with inquiry-teaching method.According to the designed inquiry question,students seek for the answers in the inquiry activities.It's targeted and planned for teacher to design inquiry questions.Teacher designs inquiry questions to inspire students' enthusiasm and initiative.In the process of answering inquiry questions,the teacher helps the students master knowledge,develop good political quality,moral character and healthy personality,and form the core quality of the discipline.To a certain extent,the inquiry question plays an important role in political teaching.The quality of inquiry question design influences political teaching effect seriously.Actually In the process of question design,political teachers face some difficulties and challenges inevitably,which exposes certain issues.This paper tries to give solutions to them.Therefore,in order to improve the design quality and teaching effect,how to correctly understand and solve the deficiencies in inquiry question design,which has become the focus concerned by great numbers of educators.It has important practical significance,which deserves surveying and studying.This paper consists of five parts.Section I is an introduction.In addition to the background and significance of the inquiry question design,it also includes the domestic and international literature review,the research mentality and the method,and innovations.This introduction part helps lay the foundation for the following research.Section II discusses what the inquiry question design is in political course in senior high school,which must be made out clearly.Therefore,based on the connotation of inquiry question in political course firstly,this part defines the concept and kinds of the inquiry question design in political course.Then it expounds the important significance of inquiry question design to students,teachers and teaching.Section III introduces what the difficulties of inquiry question design are in the political teaching practice.It's a critical issue that cannot be ignored to optimize question design and improve teaching quality.It can be summarized as the lack and the defects of inquiry question design by analyzing with specific teaching cases.Section IV discusses about why it has difficulties for political teachers in designing inquiry question.Lack of analysis to the causes,the proposed solutions would only deal with a symptom of the problem,not its cause.This part makes deep analysis for the causes from three aspects—the inquiry question design environment,the teacher and the student.Section V makes effort on how to solve the issues in the inquiry question design in political course?Based on the cause analysis,it offers some improvement measures,including optimizing the design environment,developing the teachers' skills of inquiry question design and respecting the students'subjective status.
