Comparison Of The Characteristics Of Basketball Referees In Xining City And Jinan City And Countermeasures

The thesis mainly talks about the basketball referees who are registered as the first or better level of Jinan and Xining City.There are forty referees of Xining who are registered as the first or better level including seven country-level referees and thirty three first country-level referees.But for Jinan city,there are fifty five referees who are registered as the first or better level.Five are registered as the International-level and eight are country-level.Besides,others are registered as the first country-level referees.The purpose of this thesis is proposing the reasonable countermeasure and suggestion by comparing the structure and features of the basketball referees who are registered as the first or better level of Jinan and Xining City.The article mainly uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis method to study and analyze the structure and features of the basketball referees who are registered as the first or better level of two cities from eight aspect,including level structure,age structure,educational background structure,adjudication time,job distribution,adjudication frequency,reserve team of talents and physical energy capacity test and so on.These work can help us to put forward the reasonable countermeasure and valuable suggestions.Through the study,we draw the following conclusion:Firstly,the proportion development uncoordinated of the male and female basketball referees problem exists in both of the two team who are registered as the first or better level.Secondly,the quantity of the young referees of two teams are small and they are both faced with the problem of aging,especially for Jinan Team,they should solve it as soon as possible.Thirdly,The basketball referees with high education account for a large proportion of the two teams.The fourth point,Xining Team is full of vigor and vitality and it develops very fast.However,Jinan Team is an old and new union team with rich experience.The fifth point,the teaching stuff are the major part of Xining Team.But for Jinan Team,the majority is primary and middle school teachers,at the same time,they also attract lots of executive stuff to take part in this work.Besides,for both Xining and Jinan Team,nearly all the judgment times of the referees are less than 100 times.Another point is that both of the two teams are developing as the strategy of“ pass-help-lead”.At last,Xining Team referees are better than Jinan Team in the aspect of physical fitness and stamina.
