School uniform,school meal,school building&school bus covered the basic necessities of students'school life,and also are key points of campus security work.The current campus security policies of China need to be perfected by learn from foreign experience for its imperfection and nonsystem.School uniform's management concentration makes the effective quality supervision unavailable,while an unrealistic identification of school uniforms'function causes serial problems.According to the experience of America and Japan,application of production quality access regulations and a decentralized management system would be useful.Besides,dress code works better than mandatory school uniform policy.School uniform policies in China should be more liberal and improve its market competition.School meal policies are poor coordinated and in a low professional level.Effect of these policies are limited,which makes an integrated program difficult to plan.Vague clarification of different departments' responsibilities makes the collaboration hard to work,while the absence of certain standards and professionals makes these school meal program unprofessional.Generally,school meal policies should set basic law as National School Meal Rule,and formulated executable nutritious standard,tried to fulfill the hygienic and nutritious standard.School building policies in the past 30 years are characterized with periodic projects.These policies were made for certain school building issues in particular time.A long-term and effective mechanism has not been set up till now.Experience of America and Japan indicates us that legislation,financial security and independent supervision system are key to excellent school building policies.School bus policies(mainly the School Bus Safety Management Ordinance)failed to give an explaination to the distribution of liability,financial security and cost sharing,also,it didn't provide detailed metrics on school bus' operation.For these reasons,school bus policies have not yet been fully implemented.School bus policies in America established detailed metrics on production,distribution and operation.Reliable financial security and various cost sharing modes also guarantee these policies' implmention.School bus policies in China should pay attention to carrying out the technical norms and clarify the responsibilities in management.Eventually,a satisfied solution of the problems of campus security depends on comprehensive system and coordinate running of policies.
