Class is the basic education and management unit,it is also the most important social organization in students' school life.In the public junior high school which must accept the children of migrant peasant workers,informal groups of them are not only an objective reality but also the forces that can't be ignored.It affects the formation of school spirit and class spirit,it also affects the quality of education and teaching,the students' attitude,habits and their views of life.So how to correctly understand and effectively guide students in informal groups of migrant peasant workers is a real problem.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of this problem briefly,then it reviews the relevant literature both at home and abroad.After that,it defines the core concepts of the children of migrant peasant workers,informal groups and class management.This study takes the students from Liyang N junior high school as the study objects,it gives interviews and questionnaires to the children of migrant peasant workers in this school,and it also understands their living situation,value and significance,and also different characteristics and types.Then,it analyzes the interplay of the children of migrant peasant workers and class management from the aspects of different tendentiousness,which are active type,middle type,negative type and destructive type in class management.At last,this paper proposes the strategies of educational management of informal groups in children of migrant peasant workers,such as support the active type,guild the middle type,transform the negative type and collapse the destructive type.
