The latest curriculum reform put forward "to the students, make students master class" curriculum reform ideas, through in this concept under the guidance of teaching to improve students' independent learning ability and learning enthusiasm, let the student through their own exploration, to discover and solve problems; Let students personally involved in the process of generation and development of knowledge and the summary, and improve the students' independent learning ability, promote the all-round development of students. And case teaching is the concept of new curriculum reform under the guidance of a new teaching model, after this new teaching model instead of filing teaching mode become first choice at present a lot of schools and teachers teaching. Although the application of case teaching mode in the teaching to improve students' autonomous learning ability and promote students comprehensive development have played a role in promoting, but in the implementation of the it also exposed a lot of problems, a serious impediment to the further application and development of case teaching model. Based on this, this paper presents a junior middle school mathematics study case teaching present situation investigation and model modification of the subject.In the study of this article will mainly from class preparation, class,implementation and feedback after class in the three aspects of the problems existing in the current case teaching a detailed analysis of the research, and on this basis,combining with the related teaching theory to construct a new mode of case teaching,research and practice. Specific study in this paper, by using literature analysis,interview method, questionnaire method and case analysis of the present conditions of the research methods of case teaching and mode transformation.By studying the paper come to the conclusion that the three aspects:One is though in junior middle school mathematics teaching practice, for the use of case teaching is relatively common, but in the use of teaching has the active participation enthusiasm is not high, the teachers and students is insufficient for case teaching, the teachers and students recognition were some problems;Two is to build in junior middle school maths teaching new mode must be from the teaching program, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation to build three aspects;Three is case teaching to construct new model of teaching through teaching concept, proposition and problem solving teaching practice of three cases prove that the effect is more obvious.
