With the deepening and promoting of the basic education curriculum reform, the conception of the courses reformation wins support among the people gradually, and the students’ subject role is paid more and more attention. Students as one of the important participants of teaching and learning, have rich curriculum resources. The development and utilization of curriculum resources from interactions between students and teachers is not only the need of enriching the curriculum connotation, but also the need for students to learn better. Therefore, the research on generative curriculum resources emerges as the times require.Generative curriculum resources are the material source which can affect the development of teaching process. These materials are from the students and teachers’ interaction in the classroom. The new valuable ideas and new situations, which are outside the teaching plan, are all belong to the teaching materials. Through the teachers’ reflection, the teaching materials can be reused and become the recyclable resources. It is the process to develop and utilize the generative curriculum resources. Through literature method, interview method and observation, this paper analyzes the characteristics and types and of the generative curriculum resource. This article also clarifies the relationship and problems in the process of developing and utilizing the generative curriculum resources. Therefore, this paper puts forward four major strategies. First is to combine the presupposition and generation fully. And then is to pay attention to capturing students’ thinking sparks. Next is to give students hierarchical questions and the last one is to improve the consciousness of recycling resources. This study is hoped to provide teachers with some referential suggestions for developing and utilizing the generative curriculum resources.
