Culture is the foundation of a nation, is the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people of the whole society. Cultural self - confidence is the cultural entity 's full affirmation of its own culture, the firm belief in the future development of its own culture and the rational attitude towards foreign culture. Cultural self-confidence is the key to enhance the vitality of the whole nation's culture, the prerequisite for the development of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the inevitable requirement for the building of a socialist cultural power. However, with the continuous evolution of globalization, high school students under the impact of multiculturalism appeared on the traditional Chinese culture is not high degree of recognition, the Chinese revolutionary culture and socialism with Chinese characteristics, cultural awareness is not deep enough to treat foreign culture Irrational and other cultural self-confidence of the lack of performance, high school students in the cultural self-confidence situation to be improved.High school ideological and political courses compulsory three "cultural life"module is to cultivate high school students one of the main positions of cultural self-confidence. The curriculum standard of "cultural life" module contains the requirement of cultivating high school students' cultural self - confidence. The content and characteristics of the teaching materials provide favorable conditions for the cultivation of cultural self - confidence, and its existing teaching method can guarantee the effect of cultural self - confidence training. How to further improve the cultivation of students' self-confidence in the teaching of the module is of great significance to help high school students to establish the correct cultural attitudes and cultural values.At present, there are few literatures on the research of high school students'cultural self-confidence training. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the cultivation of high school students' cultural self - confidence in the teaching of"cultural life" by using the research methods such as literature research, text analysis and classroom observation. Through the analysis of relevant literature and theory, this paper further defines the cultural self - confidence of high school students. On the basis of understanding the connotation of students 'cultural self - confidence, taking the "cultural life" teaching material as the text, digging into the educational resources which cultivate students' self - confidence. Through the questionnaire and interview,the author summarizes the problems existing in the three aspects of cultural cognition,cultural attitudes and cultural practice, and the problems in the teaching process. Then the author tries to provide suggestions on the teaching of "cultural life" from the aspects of the development of curriculum resources, course organization, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Taking the lesson of "Inheritance of Traditional Culture" as an example, the above strategy is applied to the actual classroom teaching, with a view to the "cultural life" teaching high school students to cultivate cultural self-confidence to help.
