School-based curriculum development is an important part of China's new curriculum reform,which plays a very important role in the development of schools. The country clearly requires "the combination of the school's tradition and advantages, according to the interests and needs of students, the development or selection of suitable courses for the school", and establishes a curriculum system including national, local and school. The activity course is a course other than the subject curriculum, which is characterized by students, practical and interesting. It emphasizes people-oriented and emphasizes the subjective status of children.The ideological and moral school - based curriculum activities meet the requirements of curriculum reform, but also continue to enrich and promote the school - based curriculum development. Due to the limitations of junior high school ideological and moral teaching, coupled with the parents in the context of the examination of education activities do not attach importance to the ideological and moral activities of the curriculum difficult to implement, so that students benefit.Based on the study of domestic and foreign school-based curriculum and ideological and moral activities, and combined the needs of students, teachers, and school curriculum, and taking the eighth grade students of Zhengzhou A Middle School as the school-based curriculum development object, and using literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods, the study has carried out the development and practice of the school - based curriculum of active thinking in the eighth grade of A Middle School.In practice, the researcher has determined the number of students participating in the ideological and moral school-based curriculum by means of grade elective courses, and has completed the practice of three themes by using teaching methods such as lecture, game activity,debate, social practice investigation and so on. Around the teaching objectives, activities, specific implementation of the program, the activities of the evaluation and activities to start.
