Since 2015, the Ministry of education has established the direction of the curriculum reform aiming at developing the core quality of students; The basic education in China is transforming from the knowledge- based era to the core-literacy era. In the world , OECD has decades of experience for the study of core competence ;In order to study the students' core competence, OECD creates the program for International Student Assessment (PISA) to evaluate students' core competence; And the concept of PISA and the way is of great realistic significance for the implementation of China's core competence in the teaching aspect, which can further promote the deep lesson preparation for the physics teachers of the high school in China .First of all, this paper defines the meaning of deep lesson preparation by studying PISA literacy and the core literacy in China. On one hand,this thesis takes the concept of PISA as the core and designs the questionnaire , which investigates the deep lesson preparation of 337 physics teachers of the senior high school with four star from thirteen big cities in Jiangsu Province; On the other hand, this paper analyzes the deep lesson preparation of the academic leaders in Nanjing . Combined with the questionnaire and case study, this paper puts forward the principles, paths and methods of deep lesson preparation based on the concept of PISA , and has carried out the preliminary practice.Finally, this paper receives the following research conclusions: first of all, the deep lesson preparation for the physics teachers of high school is not optimistic on the whole, so it is necessary to improve the preparation of the lessons.Secondly, the deep lesson preparation of senior physics teachers should obey the following principles: the goal attaches great importance to the literacy ; the context pays attention to the reality; the study is deep; the subject should be students".Third, this paper discusses the path of the deep lesson preparation: (1)taking the teaching materials as the starting point for the in-depth study ; (2) taking the real life context as the research aspect to enhance the practical ability; (3) take the scientific thinking as the focus to reflect the students are basic. Finally, during the period of internship, we carried out the in-depth preparation of lessons for the chapters free fall movement and acceleration.
