Students in the practice of life, often because of the existing knowledge and experience, advocate the formation of some things on the ideas and views, these ideas may be correct or wrong. Students' ideas that are inconsistent with the correct scientific concepts are called "alternative framework". The existence of "alternative framework" will, to a certain extent, affect students' correct understanding of scientific concepts. Material structure knowledge is an important part of high school chemistry, and it is easy for students to produce different parts of the idea. This paper mainly analyzes the different conception of high school students in the process of material structure concept learning, and uses the way of questionnaire to understand the causes of different students' conception, and explores the different concept of material structure of high school students in combination with teaching practice conceptual transformation. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, take three class students and some of the chemical group of teachers in the domestic high school as the object of study, and the use of questionnaires and two-stage diagnostic method as well; interview some of the chemistry teachers to understand the teacher's understanding of different ideas. This paper analyzes the similarities and conception phenomena of high school students in learning the material structure and the nature of knowledge. On the other hand, the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the students' material structure and the nature of the knowledge of the learning process, in which case students of the concept of different ideas is more serious.Secondly, through the reference of the relevant literature, from the concept of the students, attach importance to the different ideas, and take effective measures to promote the concept of student changes in two aspects of how to promote the concept of high school students in the concept of material structure of different strategies to analyze and study.Finally, two similar parallel students, for example, through the practice of teaching practice, to verify the proposed high school students to discuss the concept of material structure of the concept of change in the effectiveness of teaching strategies,through the comparison of the results show that the use of heterogeneous The correctness of the test class of the experimental class to change the strategy is obviously higher than the correctness of the control class in teaching with the ordinary teaching strategy. This shows that the teaching strategy to promote the concept of the different concept of biomass structure in high school can obviously change the student's phase.
