Investigation And Research On The Career Orientation Of College Students In Chengdu Sport University

College enrollment hand to ease the pressure on students,on the other hand also increased the employment pressure.With the continuous deepening of reform,has undergone profound changes in the social structure of our country,the traditional jobs have been unable to meet the growing demand in the employment of college students.Students in China is an important part of college students.Because of the specialty itself has certain limitations,the channels of employment,the employment situation is more severe.Therefore,various factors affecting the career orientation and career orientation of technical sports college students,has theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,using the method of literature;questionnaire;statistical method;unstructured interviews and other research methods,On the employment orientation of Chengdu Sport University 2017 undergraduate technical graduates were studied,The results of the study show that: 1?College students employment orientation in family cultural orientation,regional orientation,work orientation,personal development,personal interests.2?Family oriented technical college students of different professional degree in employment is different,followed by professional martial arts,physical education,social sports professional,professional football,leisure sports,sports training professional martial arts family orientation.More strongly,sports training professional family orientation is weak.3?Personal development orientation of college students with different professional skill when choosing the differences.Leisure sports professional,social sports,sports training courses of college students professional career showed personal development orientation is more intense.4?The technical sports college students of different professional personal interest orientation in employment.The different leisure sports specialty,specialty of social sports,sports training professional than physical education,professional football,strong personal interest orientation Technical College Wushu professional career.5?Different treatment work in employment of college students of different specialties in orientation,martial arts physical education,professional,professional football than sports training specialty,specialty of social sports,leisure sports professional pay more attention to the work treatment.6?College students of different specialties in their geographical orientation are different.Wushu sports education,professional,professional football is willing to stay in Sichuan and my hometown.Sports training specialty,specialty of social sports,leisure sports professionals prefer to stay in better economic conditions in the region.7?The economic situation of the family,love object intention,gender differences,whether the child was born,born in the environment affects the family orientation of technical college students.8?Gender differences,father education level,whether the one-child and family economic conditions,which in turn affects the personal development orientation of technical sports college students.9?Parents' education level and family economic situation affects the individual interest orientation skill of college students.10?The economic situation and employment family education affects the technical college students work treatment orientation.11?The love object will,whether the one-child,gender differences in turn affects the orientation of regional technical sports college students.
