With the development of high-speed computer network technology, network promotes the application of information technology in education by user-friendly way. In the course of the application of IT to education, digital teaching resources building is gradually becoming the focus of education, it is not only improving education quality and inspiring potential for the development of education, but also promoting learner's initiative and enthusiasm. At present, the state of domestic digital teaching resources building is unsatisfactory and being in a confused or disordered condition. A lot of low-level resources development, the utilization ratio of digital teaching resources is not high. How to utilize digital teaching resources, establish interconnected network and share digital teaching resources has become urgent need to solve the problems. In this paper completely and systematically analyses the digital teaching resources from the classification and evaluation of the two aspects, and put forward digital teaching resources classification and evaluation indictor system.This present paper is composed of six parts. The first chapter is introduction, elaborating on the source of the problem, the signification and technique of the research, major contents of the research, the present research status at home and abroad, and the main research methods. The second chapter discusses some basic theories of digital teaching resources database, including concept, characteristics, composition, and the development trend of digital teaching resources database. The third chapter analyses classification of digital teaching resources, including the concepts of digital teaching resources, characteristics of digital teaching resources, the analysis of the collection of digital teaching resources, and the classification system of digital teaching resources. The fourth chapter discusses to establish the evaluation indictor system of digital teaching resources, including significance, principles and the framework of evaluation indictor system, the establishment of the evaluation indictor and its system etc. The fifth chapter is the digital teaching resources evaluation indictor system test, its revision and confirmation. According to this system and the digital teaching resources database of university, it gives both manager-test and user-test. And then make a confirmation of this system. The sixth chapter gives the conclusion and the expectation of this research.
