The evaluation of students is an important part of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities,which has been widely used in colleges and universities at home and abroad.Student assessment index system of the construction and use of research in education and teaching management in colleges and universities in recent years is to explore the key subjects,to student assessment index system of in-depth study has important theoretical and practical significance.The effectiveness and reliability of the evaluation results are directly related to the scientific and reasonable evaluation indicators.This paper analyzes the current teaching index system of college students and analyzes the common problems existing in the students' evaluation system,such as neglecting the students' main body and operating low.The study on the assessment index system of university,from the perspective of students,by investigating the students overall opinion of each index,carries on the analysis summary,put forward about the construction of university students' assessment index system of guiding suggestions and opinions,to ensure the smooth and effective link of high school evaluation.Summarize and gathered that student assessment index system gauge of China and university,summarize the actual content of the current student 's evaluation index system from the theoretical perspective,the existing general problem,etc,the evaluation index system of the university student in China,in China,generally includes teacher's basic literacy,teach attitude,teaching method,teaching content and teaching effect,and each of them includes three aspects of teaching behavior.By summarizing and analyzing,it is concluded that the existing common problems in the evaluation system of students are:the evaluation concept of "students learning effect" is not properly sorted out;The evaluation index system is not scientific and systematic.The students' evaluation index is general,which affects the validity of evaluation.There is no closed system for "continuous improvement".In Heilongjiang province university students' questionnaire survey was conducted on the cognition of evaluation norm,overall,for the current student assessment indicators,college students can basically understand its connotation and make an accurate evaluation of these indicators in the research results of teaching attitude,teaching methods,teaching content,teaching effect and teaching guidance has distribution,through continuous improvement finally established the index weight,to make the evaluation rules.In order to build a more effective evaluation system for college students,the following Suggestions are put forward: first,the index setting attaches importance to the construction of students' learning efficiency;Secondly,it is necessary to improve the science and systematicness of the evaluation index system.Thirdly,the expression of the teaching index setting should be as clear and clear as possible.Fourth,the student on the indicator set to consider the whole teaching process,teachers should not only include the teaching,also to the students' learning situation and considering the evaluation index set of curriculum and teaching material itself;Finally,a closed system of continuous improvement is formed for the evaluation index system of students.Students in evaluating the rationality of the evaluation index system,based on the student's point of view to evaluate,highlight the dominant position of students in the teaching evaluation,give full play to the role of students' evaluation of teaching,combining with the field survey data and support,on the premise of test reliability and validity,to build a set of representative and universality of assessment index system of university students,provide a reference for other colleges and universities student with draw lessons from.
