In recent years,college students' physique issue has been one of the most widely-discussed topic in society.As the fresh troops for the Socialist Modernization of our country,college students are going to undertake the great mission for opening up the future.The foundation of finishing school and completing work efficiently is always a strong body whatever work they are engaged in.Aiming at improving the college students' physical fitness,a large number of researchers and educators are exploring the efficient methods of developing the special group's physical stamina in many ways.This research focus on the exercises for college students from physical training perspective so as to discover that influence which is brought to this specific group by “Crossfit”.We involved literature,expert's consideration,experimental methodology,mathematical statistics and other research methods to do the study.40 boys and 40 girls were randomly selected from local school of Jinan.They were divided into experimental group and control group,and there were 20 boys and 20 girls in each group.These two groups were tested at the same level before the training.The physical training would last for 8 weeks,and exercise 4 times a week.According to our analysis of literature,the speed,strength,endurance,flexibility and balance were considered as indicators for the overall physical fitness.Specifically,our testsincluded50 meters running,jumping,1000 meters running for boys and 800 meters running for girls,seat flexion and eye balance.The conclusions are as follows:1.After 4 times a week's physical training class for eight weeks,boys who were trained with Crossfit had much more development for their speed,which indicated that there is a certain advantage for Crossfit,when compared with traditional training methods.However,there is no significant differences of speed between girls' experimental group and control group,which indicated that Crossfit may be not effective in this area.2.After 4 times a week's physical training class for eight weeks,the strength of experimental group developed much more than control group.We concluded thatCrossfit was more effective in the strength training.3.The experiment revealed that the group utilises the practice of Crossfit shows a lower stamina than the group under the traditional fitness training.The conclusion was drew after 4 times of fitness training for 8 weeks.The result is the Practice of Crossfit even enhanced the trainer stamina,but less efficient and effective than the traditional fitness training.4.After 4 times a week's physical training class for eight weeks,both the control group using the Crossfit training method and the comparing group using the traditional physical training method have not been better developed in endurance quality,indicating that the two training methods cannot achieve a certain degree of promotion in flexibility training,a soft quality training.It is recommended to reform the concept and content of flexibility training,to better promote the development of flexibility quality.5.After 4 times a week's physical training class for eight weeks,both the control group using the Crossfit training have better performance in balance ability while the control group using traditional training method do not provide the similar result,which means that crossfit training method' advantage is reflected in promoting trainers' balance ability since the method is aiming at elevating body functional training.Thus,the deep muscle group training promotion cannot be found in traditional training method.In conclusion,we suggest that put the modified crossfit training method in the body functional training classes in universities since the methods can be combined with traditional training method to cover the shortages of each other and to fulfil the advantages in the same time.Thus,the physical fitness level of students in universities can be promoted comprehensively.
