In the 21 st century,under the influence of the new curriculum reform,the professional development of teachers has been paid more and more attention in the field of education.At present,the academic consensus is that teachers engaged in educational research activities is one of the important ways to promote their professional development.As a new method of educational research,educational narrative research is an effective way for teachers to participate and promote the teachers' professional development.As an important branch of educational narrative research,the history of educational narrative researcht has an important influence on the history education and teaching profession.Historical educational narrative research adopts the research means of "narrative description and teaching reflection",which can improve the classroom teaching of history teachers,improve the professional accomplishment of history teachers,promote the professional development of history teachers and provide a new perspective for the educational study of the history teachers.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis,taking " the professional development of history teachers in the middle school " as the starting point,discusses the significance of the historical educational narrative to the professional development of history teachers in the middle school from theoretical dimension;from the dimension of practice summed up the basic procedures of the educational narrative research in history and the matters needing attention.The purpose of the study is to improve the basic program and promote the professional development of history teachers in middle school with a modest.Besides the introduction and conclusion,the text mainly includes four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the research of history educational narrative,mainly consists of three parts: the related concepts of the educational narrative research in history;the theoretical foundation of the historical education narrative research;the characteristics of the historical education narrative research.The second chapter is the significance of the historical educational narrative to the professional development of history teachers in the middle school,mainly in the following four points: help to improve the history teachers' scientific research ability;help to improve teachingof history teachers;help to improve the history teachers' reflection and growth;help to stimulate the history teachers' awareness of career planning.The third chapter is the basic procedure of the narrative research of history education,which is mainly summarized as the following four stages: "collecting the narrative materials — —determining the research questions,——sorting out and analyzing the materials,——writing the research results."The fourth chapter is the problems that should pay attention to the study of the historical education narrative research,mainly include the following five points: studying standard;improving the evaluation standard;improving the quality of education theory of history teachers;pay attention to the achievement of sharing and communication;advocating the diversity of history education research way.
