As more and more young people joined the industry high school history teachers,young high school history teacher professional development is about the high school history education quality,to be able to understand each stage of high school history teacher professional development needs and to clarify the relevant way to high school history teacher professional development,from this young for high school history teacher development plight,towards further growth has a positive effect.However,many research on history teacher professional development stay in macro traditional education research methods,research perspectives focus groups tend to not only pay attention to individual character,even if USES case study history teacher professional development,selection of object of study also many for history teacher,there are very few young history teachers as the research object.This paper attempts to make use of educational narrative research to investigate teacher H,a young history teacher in high schools in hubei province,sort out his professional development process,and summarize and analyze his experience in professional development,so as to provide reference for other young history teachers in high schools.After the corresponding research,young history teachers in high schools will show different professional development abilities and encounter different professional development problems in different development stages,and then solve the development problems in different ways.In the early stage,teachers will be unable to adapt to the work due to ideological problems such as work mentality,education concept,etc.At this time,they need to rely on their own adjustment and master's help to make adjustments to survive the uncomfortable stage at the beginning of the job.In the development stage,teachers need to improve their teaching practice ability after correct and stable thinking,and then they need to improve their knowledge accomplishment and carry out daily teaching reflection to develop.In the stage of breakthrough and persistence,teachers will face the problem of job burnout.Therefore,teachers can break through their own career dilemma and achieve further development by looking back at their career ideal and awakening their career enthusiasm,and seeking the optimal development path in practice based on the conditions of host and guest.For youth history teachers,thismust be from two aspects of inside and outside factors to achieve their professional development,subjectively accomplish wuxi,enterprising,able to set up the professional ideal,change education idea,the accumulation of practice experience,improve knowledge accomplishment,good development basis for reflection on teaching practice,objectively need to cooperate with other teachers,teacher community,by the research team activity and the teacher lead to help to achieve their own professional development.
