The hope lies in the revitalization of national education, the revitalization of education is the key to teachers. Since 1980s, under the wave of education reform in the world, the professionalization of teachers is becoming an important national trend in teacher professional development. However, a new round of curriculum reform for Chinese teachers' professional development presented new challenges, which is the reform for the structure of the language courses and language curriculum contents, As well as professional development for Chinese teachers to put forward new requirements. Therefore, Chinese teachers must broaden the academic horizons, establish new educational concepts, adjust the structure of language courses and strive to upgrade their level of specialization. Chinese education as mother-tongue education in life, On the one hand people increasingly pay attention to the basis, tools and highly practical of Chinese, on the other hand, Chinese universal, life and non-academic characteristics of being mistaken for another is not necessary, "professional" subjects. In this context, it is not to be ignored important issues that how the Chinese teaching as lay a solid foundation in secondary schools does, whether the secondary school Chinese teachers pave a "professional" way, which determines the rise and fall of Chinese education in our country. People pay more special attention to the development of excellent language teachers who is an outstanding representative of the group. What factors make them from mediocrity into excellence, and how these factors play a role, which stages of growth do they went through, what are the rules, which are mainly discussed and studied in this thesis.Using narrative study methods in this paper is to analysis a good Chinese teacher of the growth experience in a secondary school. This all good experiences, mentality and history of professional growth of Chinese teachers are showed by description. From which we can see a professional growth process of a basic education of teachers. It also give us some inspiration:1. Professional growth of teachers must be rooted in education and teaching practice; 2. Professional growth of teachers need to encourage teachers to uphold the professionalism of teaching reflection; 3. Professional growth of teachers need to promote teacher as researcher; 4. Professional growth of teachers must create a healthy campus culture; 5. Professional growth of teachers must pay attention to teachers in reading specialization. Through a secondary school Chinese teachers in professional growth of outstanding narrative study, we can clearly see his professional growth makes him a school even a regional leader in language subjects. Through the narrator of the study that give us some inspiration that are as follows:It is only through continuous learning, continuous practice, and constantly questioning their own reflection to guide themselves to enhance their own to promote their own professional growth in order to become qualified, excellent, and the wisdom of teachers.
