Football sport is a grand sports activities,women's football has been developing vigorously.U-18 women's so also has been gradually developed in Shandong province youth soccer team,is China's U-18 women's reserve force.However,due to the particularity of the sport,players tend to need to stop jumping,jumping and landing,suddenly to turn around and side cutting action.However,these movements slightly do not pay attention to in the process of training,so for a long time,it is easy to cause knee cruciate ligament damage.Football player than men and women,inside the physical characteristics,muscle strength,and many other external factors,under the influence of the ACL injury incidence is higher than male football players a lot.This because of this,Because of this,U-18 women's in Shandong Province as the research object,to learn about the ACL damage after the women's football team,according to the actual situation of women's football team,developed a set of ACL damage in Shandong U-18 women's athletes physical training programme for prevention.To reduce sports injury first,improve the principles of physical training exercise performance of second,will be a part of the advanced technical training content as preparation activities to improve the athlete's landing,side cutting technology action mode,and scientific technology training content training advanced to the muscle,which can effectively avoid the damage the risk brought by the training and enhance the muscle nerve U-18 Shandong players in the team control ability,strength training is designed for players of hamstring muscle strength of strength training,to enhance the function of compensation with anterior cruciate ligament hamstring muscle strength.Finally,in the team training and competition after the relaxation part of the main force for supporting the muscle stretching to join our training programme in the group of gluteus and hamstrings,adductor muscle and hip muscles relax.After on the prevention of cruciate ligament in Shandong province U-18 women's athletes before the cross training program for the use of damage for a year,the set of physical training programme of the 28 mountains of East U-18 women's football team in this season's race training ground,side cutting technique was improved,and through the data to prove this season after training of hamstring the muscle strength of the players has been significantly enhanced.As I leave the team this season,the injury rate of ACL injury rate compared to previous seasonshave decreased significantly,to demonstrate the effectiveness of this set of physical training programme for prevention of ACL injury.This set of training program are summarized,finally puts forward some suggestions on deficiency.
