Our present era is an era of rapid development of information technology,the rapid rise of the Internet media is full of convenience to our life,whether it is from the state and society or individuals,from large to small aspects,in different degrees with hitherto unknown cha nge.O f course,this is good for us the change we want to take advantage of them,combined with the development trend of the times will be the advantage of better integration with the education of our country,for the country to cultivate a batch of personnel to adapt to social development,make our country the policy of lifelong education,quality education,information education implement.In the process of implementation,we can advocate teachers and students to make full use of the Internet platform.The teacher can take the principle of heuristic teaching,to cultivate students' consciousness of inquiry teaching,let students actively participate in the discussion of the teaching and make all the students involved in teaching the use of information tech nology in the teaching process,a lot of parents and students use the network to strengthen communication links,timely feedback the school performance of students,understand the students at home,interaction between the two sides,so as to better promote the education and teaching.More to encourage students to adapt to the development of the times,to be good at using the times endows our wealth,through the network multimedia platform learning,autonomous learning and autonomous learning ability,enhance the cooperation between the teachers and students exchange learning,all can fully develop themselves and improve the learning efficiency and quality.The development of Internet information to better promote the progress of education,and promote the development of high-quality personnel.The development of the times that we must keep pace with the times,change our original "indoctrination" education mode,we can learn from guide,facilitator.Through the teaching reform,not only let the students become the center of learning,the use of multimedia information technology,cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,enhance students' learning interest and ability to think the problem,but also greatly promote between teachers and students,students and students of communication,promoting cooperative learning and teamwork..Based on the teaching mode of the implementation of the United States and some regions of China are teaching experience combined with the actual situation of junior middle school sports teaching in our country,the volleyball specific teaching as an example,uses the methods of literature review,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis of "flip the classroom,on the flip the classroom in the teaching mode can make students can rest in the face of huge academic pressure and heavy cultural cour se learning situation,and effectively grasp the sports skills,improve students' physical performance,and physical exercise,enhance physical fitness,so that young people healthy learning and overall development.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:First,"Flip the classroom" teaching mode and traditional teaching mode can make students better grasp of volleyball technology in a relatively short period of time,the higher the efficiency of classroom teaching.Two,the sports teaching in the use of flipping the classroom teaching mode is more suitable for some of the professor of the skill of sports,just need to improve the physical quality of the students has little effect,the physical quality mainly depends on the p hysical characteristics of accumulation and increase long-term practice and some students decided.Three,The "flipped classroom" teaching model has certain influence on improving students' autonomous learning ability,exploring discovery ability,solving problem ability and independent thinking ability.To cultivate the quality of will in the face of difficulties and problems and not to shrink from them,which is of great help to students' lifelong learning.Four,"Flipped classroom" teaching mode deepens the feelings among students,between teachers and students,and raises the excellent quality of students' unity and cooperation and good interpersonal skills.Five,The "flipped classroom" teaching mode connects the class with the after-school,and enables the sports study to permeate the life,and raises the students' consciousness of lifelong physical education.Six,The application of "flipped classroom" teaching mode avoids the appearance of nonstandard teachers' demonstration and helps students master the correct actions.
