With the rise and development of the concept of lifelong education,the construction of the learning society,the reform and innovation of education grew louder,the demand of teachers is higher and higher,and teachers' professional development has attracted more attention in recent years.So teacher learning,especially the rural primary school teacher' learning,has been noticed by educational circles as the basis and premise for promoting teachers' professional development.Rural primary school teachers take majority of the teachers' group and lie at an edge position.In order to improve the overall quality of teachers,teacher learning,which reflect teachers'subjectivity,is more important than the training for rural primary school teachers.School support is the primary and the most basic protection for the professional development of rural primary school teachers.The school support for rural primary school teachers' learning is in order to improve teachers' professional accomplishment.Considering teachers' demand,rural primary school provide support and services for rural primary school teachers.Taking five rural primary school teachers in Yancheng B county as the example,this paper has been researched on the situation of school support.This paper has clarified the connotation of school support and adopt literature research to collect a number of relevant documents about teacher learning?rural school teacher learning?rural primary school teacher learning and the school support.This paper also used the questionnaire survey and the interview to research the situation of system support?condition support?content support?activity support?psychological support and evaluation support of rural primary school teachers,then discovered several questions as follows:system support don't work;condition support is insufficient;learning content support prefer theories;activity support pay attention to form;lack of psychological support;evaluation support reflect utilitarian.The main reason of these problems are as follow:the weakening of the rural primary school principals' learning leadership;the lack of funding and influenced by utilitarian educational ideas.Faced with these problems and based on current research,this paper presents seven aspects strategies to improve the school support for rural primary school teachers.Firstly,prefect the learning system,feedback the implementation effect and play the leading role of institutional support.Secondly,Increase investment and integrate multiple learning resources in rural primary schools and rich the condition support.Thirdly,combine theory with practice and build the knowledge system of theory and practice.Fourthly,focus on the participative management and enhance the actual effect of the activity support.Fifthly,Primary school principals in rural areas should be "appreciative leaders" and provide psychological support for teachers.Sixthly,construct a reasonable learning evaluation system and adapt to its developing principle.At last,we should learn the experience of school support form foreign rural school.
