With the rapid development of education today,no teacher can use his limited knowledge to teach students to adapt to the infinite possibilities of tomorrow.The needs of rural students’ development,rural teachers’ own professional growth and curriculum reform require teachers to constantly enrich themselves and take learning as their lifelong pursuit.Learning is an important way to promote the professional development of rural teachers,but there are few practical studies on the combination of rural primary school teachers and teacher learning.Based on the new generation rural primary school teachers in zhe jiang province as an object for research,hope this study will explore new generation rural primary school teachers of learning difficulties,using the ascension path Cenozoic rural teaching teachers help from the learning difficulties,so as to improve the new rural primary school teachers’ professional development,for the balance of urban and rural education to promote the key role.This research breakthrough point for the new generation of rural primary school teachers to learn the status quo,research adopts "qualitative and quantitative research methods of combining",around the new generation consciousness of rural primary school teachers in the process of learning,learning motivation,learning ability,learning content,learning methods,learning environment support six dimensions determine the research tools such as questionnaire,interview outline.This study carries out "online questionnaire survey + offline field investigation".Further,the difficulties and causes encountered by the new generation of rural primary school teachers in the learning process are explored to find and put forward the corresponding improvement path.This study has drawn corresponding conclusions about the current situation,predicament and causes of the new generation of rural primary school teachers’ learning.The new generation of rural primary school teachers are very willing to learn,but lack of learning transformation and concentration and have no time to learn.There are a variety of learning methods in the learning process,such as teaching and research group activities and network distance training,expert lectures.Among them,teachers think that the more effective activities are teaching and research group activities,lectures by famous teachers and experience sharing by colleagues,while reading books and periodicals,school-level alliance learning and network distance training are not effective.Through the investigation and analysis of the learning status of the new generation of rural primary school teachers in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the new generation of rural primary school teachers’ learning status has the following dilemma.The new generation of rural primary school teachers have weak learning awareness,few effective ways to acquire content and insufficient spare time.The main reasons behind it are as follows: the new generation of rural primary school teachers’ work pressure and life pressure is too large,non-teaching work is heavy,school management activities are out of balance.Schools for the new generation of rural primary school teachers learning system support and material deficiencies.This study proposes six optimization paths.Accelerate the transformation of the new generation of rural primary school teachers’ learning concept;Improve the learning ability of the new generation of rural primary school teachers;Reduce the non-teaching work burden of the new generation of rural primary school teachers;Manage all kinds of learning resources to enrich the learning content of the new generation of rural primary school teachers;Building a long-term and stable learning community for urban and rural primary school teachers;Reconstruction of rural teachers’ learning system culture and learning spirit culture.
