Now,the benefits of the labors' is slipping.How to create the country with intelligence,and to promote the innovation and the entrepreneurship.The skilled-technical labors with high quality are needed.Also,a learning society can provide abundant and sufficient education sources.So,the students in the secondary vocational schools should have the consciousness of lifelong learning,owning the learning ability and method by himself.About Studying,Signing and Doing ‘The Contract Of Students In The Secondary Vocational Schools' published by the ministry of education restrains learning behaviors of students.However,the bad learning behaviors of the students affect the lifestyle,the vocational qualities of them.The teachers are the important aspect of affecting students' bad learning behaviors,reports say.So,in order to help schools clear the manage aim and to cultivate students' better learning habits,it's a realistic meaning that we study the effects of teachers in students' bad learning behaviors.This study pays attention to the relation between students' bad learning habits and the teachers,based on three hundred students' questionnaires and thirty teachers' interviews,18 leaders' interview and the observation method.This essay clears up the teachers' aspects to affect students' six bad learning behaviors.Teachers' not reminding and loose management affect students' not preparing study tools before class;The teaching content away from students,the teaching method that only focuses on teachers or that only focuses on students,the dialect and small voice affect students' not careful listening in class;Teachers' loose management and not teaching ways impact students' paying attention to making notes.The teachers' overtime encourage,not providing enough space for asking and little interactive behavior impact rarely-initiative asking;The characteristics of the homework impacts students' enthusiasm in doing practices and homework;The teachers' copying the text,one means about solving questions and not teaching methods of innovation affect students' little innovating.Based on the results of the inquiry and theories,there are the internal reasons that the false education concept,the low teachers' quality and the teacher burnout cause those teachers' aspects.And the society bias,the unbalanced school orientation and so on are the external reasons.In the end,this study points out some effective countermeasures about teachers how to cultivate good learning habits of students.
