The relationship between the teachers and students in secondary vocational andtechnical schools refers to the secondary vocational school teachers and students in commoneducation teaching process, through the mutual influence and the function and form, and setup a special kind of human relations. Secondary vocational and technical school educationeffectively in the process of teaching knowledge, skill and quality promotion and personalitytraining, etc., are in the process of the establishment of a harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students and maintain neutral basis. The construction of a harmoniousrelationship between teachers and students is a basic prerequisite for realizing the objective ofthe secondary vocational education. With the rapid change of social environment, the increasein the number of average high school students and college enrollment expansion, socialperception of secondary vocational technical education is falling and the medium vocationaleducation development is slow, marginalisation of faculty and student identity crisis, itsmanagement ownership, sources of funds and the employment of graduates contradictionsalso gradually surfaced, fundamental changes have taken place in the relationship betweenteachers and students in secondary vocational technical school, there have been some seriousproblems, needs to be explored and response. In this paper, namely the relationship betweenteachers and students in secondary vocational technical school combing the problems existingin the systematic analysis, and further explore the coping strategies.The full text altogether consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction ofresearch background, significance, research objectives and methods and related conceptsdefined; The second part discusses the basic idea of secondary vocational school teachers andstudents relations, explained the main connotation of the relationship between teachers andstudents, summarizes the main theoretical perspectives in the history of Chinese and foreignteachers and students relations; The third part combined with the reality of Langfangvocational technical school, combing analysis was made on the problems of secondaryvocational technical school teachers and students relations of alienation, indifference, distortion and major problems, such as conflict; The fourth part, the system discussed theexisting problems of secondary vocational school teachers and students relations the cause ofthe macro, meso and micro level; The fifth part, to solve the problems that exists inconcentrated proposes and discusses the countermeasures of secondary vocational technicalschool building good relationship between teachers and students; The sixth part, the paperresearch content and conclusion makes a brief summary and improvement.
