In track and field sports items,triple jump is one of the most important contents in the jumping projects.The thesis attempts to conduct a systematic and in-depth analysis and research on balance ability and training contents system of the teenage triple jumpers in China.Through the use of literature,expert interviews,experimental methods,test methods,mathematical statistics,etc.,the thesis uses the impact of the combined training on the balance ability of teenage triple jumpers as the object of the research.This thesis mainly chooses 15 teenage triple jump athletes_second class of Jinan Sports School as the experimental object,and explores the influence of the combined training on the balance ability of the teenage triple jump athletes,which makes the sports training for triple jump is more purposeful and targeted.Based on the principle of comprehensive and balanced,scientific principle and step-by-step principle,this research adopts a single set of pre-test and post-test design,which carries on the experimental study of three months for a total of 11 weeks(The first week is for preparation recovery).The author obtains the balance indexes and specific performance indicators of the research object after the experiment.Through the comparison between the pre-experiment and post-experiment of the changes of the physical fitness indexes of the athletes and the changes of the specific performance indicators of the triple jump athletes,the following conclusions are obtained:1.After 11 weeks of combined training,there are positive changes in specific performance indicators of athletes' eyes closed one-legged heel test,standing level 5long jump,standing level 10 long jump,six steps run jump level 5 single foot jump and triple jump after the experiment,especially in more difficult eyes closed one-legged heel test,which has a very close relationship with the practice of static imbalance in combined practice.2.After 11 weeks of combined training,compared with the previous experiment,the specific physical fitness of the athletes has improved in standing level 5 long jump,standing level 10 long jump and six steps run jump level 5 single foot jump.The results improved significantly.It sharply raised generally,indicating that the strength of the athletes to control bodies has strengthened.3.Athletes' athletic performances have improved significantly after 11 weeks of combined training,which shows that the overall physical fitness and technical skills of athletes after combined training have made great effects to the athletes.More specific exercises will promote the specific technology from different levels.But the winter training for athletes specific training is not intensive mainly because of the young athletes physical fitness and consolidation of technology-based.The rate of specific performance changes is not as much,and it can be better displayed after the winter training in spring.4.Combined training is created to combine with the characteristics of groups of muscles strengthen firmly and be based on the technical characteristics of triple jump.It can improve athletes' strength of thigh muscles,lumbar muscles,pelvic muscles and stability and flexibility of hips.Part of the practice can be used as a specific imitation of technical training contents,which makes an obvious training effect on athletes' balance ability.It makes up for the lack of traditional practice methods to effectively adjust boring traditional practice of,as well as riches triple jump specific training contents.And the author makes the corresponding recommendations as follows:1.Based on the particularity of the balance ability training in triple jump sports items,it is necessary to strengthen athletes' body strength,pelvic strength,upper and lower limbs strength through the combined training combined closely with the characteristics of putting forth one's strength technique in triple jump,which makes the athletes' training more targeted,more in line with the characteristics of specific technology,so that the athletes' air control of the body posture balance ability has improved.2.Triple jump as one of athletic jumping activities in track and field items,there is a big difference between it and simple long,jump high jump project,which has a higher demand for athletes' balance ability.In the process of running,three rises and three landings,what need to do is to achieve effective combination of speed,height,strength and balance ability,which is also the key to triple jump athletes to improve their core competencies.3.For training balance ability of triple jump athletes,it is necessary to follow the essence and rules of the triple jump items,combined with the athletes' physiological characteristics,and make sure the factors that influence the balance ability of the triple jump athletes,the dominant factors and the relationship between them.Determine the contents scientifically,intensity,methods and means of triple jump training so as to establish the balance ability training content system of excellent triple jump athletes.4.There are a variety of ways and means used in combined training.It not only can strengthen the muscles strength especially for small muscle groups,but also can maximize the protection of athletes to avoid injuries,and it can stimulate trainer athletic interests,too.It should be closely integrated with its specific characteristics in young athletes' physical training of triple jump and appropriately add the hanging training,static training and unbalanced training.As an effective complement to traditional training methods,innovative combined training methods will greatly improve the specific physical fitness and athletic performance of teenage triple jumpers.5.Coaches should constantly learn and understand the combination of different ways and do training plans in the practical application in advance.According to the actual situation,they have ability to determine specific training methods,strength and action quality specifications and reasonable arrangements during the training group intervals.Coaches should break the previous planned test they do according conventions and be bold to combine in the training of content and technology with innovation firstly.Any results in combined training need to attempt constantly to verify in training practice.
