In the management of colleges and universities,we should set up the central position of cultivating talents,and vigorously cultivate high-quality professionals and creative talents with good moral character,rich knowledge and high ability.The university itself is a subsystem of social system,between it and the social system and other subsystems are interdependent relationship by mutual restraint,the university management should maintain a rational attitude can not simply transplant or copy the western management experience,university management should be based on the current social environment,teaching environment and teaching force management.In the organizational system of Chinese universities,teachers and students have already formed a paradigm of "management" and "being managed".The outline of national education development requires college students to have the sense of self responsibility and to study and live in a critical spirit style.The main body of the class management is the students,the students are an individual,these individuals are the class,the most important thing is the management of the class.Independent class management helps to enrich the management theory of education,and also conforms to the current social forms and international requirements.This study is on the 14 level A class case research method mainly uses literature analysis,questionnaire,individual interview and other research on the class management situation.The content of the study is mainly from the independent management of life self-management and learning.The results showed that: first,the evaluation content should be diversified,and the existence of Class Autonomous management class mainly through discipline evaluation of quantitative scores to evaluate the students;second,the target management should follow through,and the class survey found that only exists in the target class,complete goal setting,including students and teachers in charge of target missing,finally independent management of the target summary and evaluation of loss;third,middle school students' Class Autonomous management participation is not high,the class use the rules of the school system,students not to participate in the class management in life to;fourth,students comprehensive development needs a comprehensive study,the survey found only attach importance to academic achievement,leading to learning subjects is not ideal.Research and analysis: according to the problems found in the study,combined with research materials,from the society,schools,class teachers,students in four aspects.Socialfactors: the examination oriented education environment leads to the evaluation of students' achievement in a single discipline.Under the influence of the whole social education view,parents' involvement in education leads to students' automatic participation and low degree of management.School factors: the school management concept has not been updated in time,without strict control of their own classes,leading to class students self-management,participation is not high.Class teacher factors: the teacher's management theory has not been updated in time,resulting in students' class participation is not high,the teacher's own quality awareness is not strong,resulting in only focus on academic achievements,ignoring overall development.Student factors: the students' self management consciousness is weak,which leads to the target management only stay in the target stage,and the individual difference of students leads to the difficulty of target management.Countermeasures: according to the theory of Multiple Intelligences Evaluation of the content of a single solution;according to objective management theory to target only stay in the target stage and class participation of students is not high solutions are given;according to the theory of organizational culture to focus only on the solutions,results are given.
