As the global demand for comprehensive type primary school teacher and education change to the requirement of teacher education practice ability,higher normal colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating future outstanding teachers.For practical teachers,the general practice in the process of the students to develop not only need to pay attention to general knowledge acquisition,also need to strengthen the formation of general practice ability and the formation of general excellent quality,it is on the way of the cultivation of the college students are put forward specific requirements.This article through the analysis of previous education in the normal education,the lack of practical ability training system set up,single practices,general teachers and students from primary school education paper first defines the concept of practice ability of general education practice ability of students are analyzed,and then by interpreting practice connotation theoretical basis and the connotation of teacher's professional accomplishment to redraw the structure of education practice ability:based on the “dialogue with the objective world” education practice ability,“dialogue with others” education practice ability and the “dialogue with self” education practice ability of the three dimensions,education college primary school education in Qinghai normal university general professional,for example,by using the method of action research,from the initial practice ability training system planning,implementation,inspection,reflection to the subsequent revision and supplement of the second round of the system,the implementation of the new plan,review and reflection to the third round of planning revision and implementation,to examine and reflect on,set up a system of education practice ability training system.According to the action in the process of the implementation of the plan and reflection that normal education practice ability training process should be increased with the normal grade,constantly revised and added a new module.Dimensions on this basis,the ability of training should be throughout the learning process of normal university four years,rendering,spiral wave pattern.Study also found that college student education practice ability cultivation system in the process of the establishment of the concept of updating,the implementation of the program,and to develop ways of reflection is the main way to promote the education students practical ability.In addition,also should strengthen students' education,and combining the practical ability training system and curriculum system,the generalpractice in developing great elementary school teachers at the same time enhance the level of college post-career teachers' professional development and formation of excellent students and teachers development community,mutual promotion of our country's pre-service and post-career teachers education practice ability.
