The Cultivation Of Teaching Practice Ability Of Normal Students By Music Associations

College music club activities are one of the important ways for Normal universities or colleges to cultivate and improve their students’ practical abilities,improve their own overall comprehensive quality and enrich their college life. Art clubs are one important part of college music clubs, and they include dancing clubs,music clubs, opera clubs, performance clubs and calligraphy clubs. Because music is an activity widely involved with people, and also because music clubs are one most important part of art clubs, the activities carried out by music clubs can effectively improve Normal university or college students’ practical abilities and comprehensive quality, and enrich their college life. Clubs are one important part of college culture,so the study of music clubs is very beneficial and is of great importance. The setting-up and management of a music club is a critical factor in its development and can influence its developmental course. Now, there are still many problems in the road of the development of university or college music clubs, and related research about them is few. So, the present paper tries to do research on concept and theory of college music clubs, and through the use of literature review, data analyses, logical reasoning, observation and interview, the researcher did field research on three college-level music clubs in Yunnan Normal University. The researcher tried to investigate the present managerial situations, club activities and their tutors. Special emphases have been given on club activities, including daily activities, grand show activities, financial status quo, activity venues status quo, and activity influence status quo. The researcher intends to find out problems in college music clubs and propose solutions to those problems, and based on the present status and development of college clubs, the researcher proposes a blueprint for the future development of college music clubs.
