As a form of teaching research,lesson study has an important role to promote teachers' professional development.By combing the existing research results of research based on kindergarten and teaching research,with the mathematics lesson cases discussion activities in B kindergarten as the research object,adopting the general method of qualitative study,that is,interview method,observation method and physical analysis,the researcher collected and analyzed data,and put forward relevant thinking and suggestions.Specific content is as follows.First of all,through the interview to part of the participants to understand the basic situation of the example of mathematics lesson discussion activities,as well as their feelings in math lesson cases seminars and self-image.Secondly,selecting three math lesson cases discussion activities,using the method of observation and physical analysis,to record the process and the content of the discussion,and to analyse the influence in the teacher's professional development to the first-line teachers in B kindergarten.Thirdly,describing and recording the specific process of first-line teachers in preparing lesson teaching cases,to focus on the impact on teachers' professional development of teachers group culture.Finally,the researcher Analyzed four factors in the effect of the mathematics lesson cases discussion activities in B kindergarten,namely,(1)The service consciousness and research consciousness,independent consciousness and global consciousness of the manager in B kindergarten.(2)The culture in kindergarten.(3)The curriculum resources(4)The diversity of the participants and the attitude of the participants.Moreover,the researcher put forward three suggestions to optimize the mathematics lesson cases discussion activities in B kindergarten.(1)Adjust the research frequency reasonably;(2)Make the detailed division of labor to make many tearchers participate in;(3)Comb discussion content in time to form a unique research results;(4)Teachers rethink autonomously educational beliefs profoundly.Once more,the researcher summarized the enlightenment of the mathematics lesson cases discussion activities in B kindergarten in optimizing the research based on kindergarten and teaching research as follows.(1)Manager professionalism of the kindergarten director is the key factors influencing the research based on kindergarten and teaching research;(2)Build a kind of study,open,mutual aid of kindergarten culture;(3)Formulate and implement an appropriate teaching research system;(4)Strive for a variety of human resources.
