Freud proposed the famous "Iceberg Theory" where he pointed out that the unconsciousness is insensible and reacts by instinct outside; He also claimed that all human behavior is fundamentally the instinct and unconscious decisions. Jung Carl divided the unconsciousness into the individual unconsciousness and collective unconsciousness. One can acquire the individual unconsciousness ,which comes from experience. However, when repressed or forgotten, the individual unconsciousness will disappear from the mind; He believes that the content of the collective unconsciousness has never been seen in the mind, and therefore is not acquired by the individual, which means it is completely genetic existence. Jung Carl not only distinguished the unconsciousness, but also weighed the collective unconsciousness over the individual unconsciousness, and payed more attention to the deep influence of the collective unconsciousness on the life of human beings.Childhood is a period of independent existence, which is different from the adult period. Children, especially in early childhood, are less affected by the social system and norms, so their experience is based on the premise of their spiritual life. The main contents of their spiritual life are instinctive and unconscious. The unconsciousness here contains the individual unconsciousness and collective unconsciousness, just the same as what Jung Carl calls, but is dominated by collective unconsciousness which is characterized by heredity. The unconsciousness of the children is always reflected by the children's dreams; children's games, children's aesthetic, and children's art. Those childhood resources are instinctive and not only close to the children's heart but also in line with the laws of nature and the universe. The full development of children's unconsciousness also has a decisive role to the highest demand for individuals - the individual self-fulfilling.Children's education should be based on the development of children's own law and should be transferred from "learning oriented" education to "growth oriented" education.Children's education should respect and protect children's instinct and unconsciousness in stead of suppressing children's instinct and unconsciousness ,so that the growth of children will be a full and complete growth. This kind of education helps to cultivate a complete person who is able to make self-fulfilling and show the unity of nature and man. On the basis of respecting children's unconsciousness, finally, a kid will develop into a full-personality,self-fulfilling person under the proper stimulation of education.
