The core of education reform is curriculum reform. In a new round of basic education reforms,there was a third class management approach to promote the development and research of the school curriculum.The study on the effect of school-based curriculum on improving Biology Scientific literacy will promote the sustained and healthy development of school-based curriculum.So far,Some schools have had some practical experience,provide the conditions in school's schedule,teachers qualifications and other aspects for the implementation of school-based curriculum.The school where the author practices has extensive experience in developing school-based curriculum.In the high school biology curriculum standards, there are clear goal requirements for biology scientific literacy in knowledge, ability and emotional attitudes and values. There are many explanations of biology scientific literacy in many documents.This article relies on school-based curriculum The Interesting Biology to explore that the school-based curriculum has improved the biology scientific literacy of the high school students.On the basis of reading and analyzing a large number of literatures, with the review of the current situation of school-based curriculum, scientific literacy and biology scientific literacy and relevant theoretical basis of school-based curriculum,the author has defined the concept of school-based curriculum, scientific literacy and biology scientific literacy, determined the method of questionnaire as the main research method.The research process is as follows.The first is to identify the subjects.Secondly, according to the curriculum goal of the school-based curriculum The Interesting Biology,the author has designed a questionnaire to measure students'knowledge of biological sciences,the dimension of competency and the five-dimensional scale of emotional attitudes and values,analyzed the source and the reason of the questionnaire.Then the author implemented curriculum and analyzed improvement of the three dimensions of biology scientific literacy.At last,before and after the implementation of biological school-based curriculum,the author uses the questionnaire to collect the evaluation data about the Biology scientific literacy of the students who participated in the school-based curriculum and those who did not participate in the school-based curriculum.According to the analysis of SPSS software, the data of the questionnaire is the normal distribution, which can compare the mean difference.According to the research,we found that The Interesting Biology has a significant effect in improving high school students' biological scientific literacy, and more significant in knowledge and ability, but not so significant in emotional attitudes and values.
