Since 2001 the Ministry of Education first proposed Mathematics "Practice and comprehensive application",which got the attention of the majority of educators and recognition.Mathematics "Comprehensive and practice" teaching has changed the traditional lecture-style teaching math mode,it made student learning and life linked together,and the style of learning by doing in activities also cultivate the students'awareness and ability of Applied Mathematics.Full period of pupil enters a higher school the pressure,however,their mathematics lesson "comprehensive and practical" whether to implement a content that is worth studying.So the author selected three primary school in mathematical teacher and student in Nanjing as the investigation object,through questionnaires,interviews and other methods to teacher's teaching situation(understanding of teaching,teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching evaluation,teaching hindrance)and on the student's learning situation,learning knowledge,learning process,learning style,learning effect).Analysis the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the teaching present situation,and thus make the in higher grades of elementary school mathematics teacher to in under the guidance of scientific theory effectively to design and carry out a comprehensive mathematical and practical teaching activities.Research mainly divided into five parts:the first part is introduction,mainly elaborated the research question of the origin,meaning,definition of the concept and the research plan and process;The second part discusses the full period of elementary school mathematics "comprehensive and practical" present situation investigation and analysis,including the teachers' teaching and students' learning and teachers' interviews and so on three aspects;The third part discusses the elementary school full period of mathematics"comprehensive and practical" problems existing in the present situation;The fourth part discusses the effective implementation of the elementary school full period of mathematics"comprehensive and practical" teaching strategy.
