Research On "Integration Of Academic Training" In Hengshui City Middle School Sports Specialty Students

With the development of sports enterprise in our country,colleges and universities have huge demand to sports talents in middle schools.Students with PE specialty in middle schools are the main way for colleges and universities to cultivate and transport morally,intellectually and physically developed sports reserve talents.The cultivation of them should be paid attention to promote the high level and professionalization of sports talents in universities and colleges.In or der to improve the c omprehensive level of students with PE specialty in middle schools,the present situation of scientific training for them are investigated,existing experience and problems in the process of scientific training are studied to refine experience,summarize the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,thus providing more practical guidance and reference for cultivation and management of them as well as transporting more and better sports reserve talents to colleges and universities.Taking the situation of “integration of learning and training” of students with PE specialty in middle schools of Hengshui,firstly,it uses the doc umentary analysis to refer to related information of students with PE specialty in middle schools,scientific training methods and school management,then with the combination of questionnaire investigation and interview method,it discusses the training situation and problems in the process of management in middle schools of Hengshui.Finally,it adopts methods of mathematical statistics,case analysis and logical induction.The results show the students with PE specialty in "Hengshui High School of Hebei " are better than students of other schools.Attention from leaders,management concept,systems and methods are very mature.But during the cultivation process of “integration of learning and training” for students with PE specialty in Hengshui High School,there are still some disadvantages,such as imperfect management concepts and systems,single entrance way,poor training management and deficient psychological counseling.To solve these problems,deep research and analysis should be conducted from aspects of theory a nd reality: we should deepen the m anagement idea,perfect management system and carry out inspections;homogenize entrance way,meet the diversified demands of stu dents with PE specialty,reduce equivalent competitiveness.Factors that restrict performance should be analyzed,influence of non-talent factors are reduced,amount of training are reasonably increased to promote physical fitness,understanding and interpretation of the technical factors are strengthened.We should pay attention to change of students’ mentality,channel students’ pressure;perfect management of “integration of learning and training” of students with PE specialty in middle schools of Hengshui,improve their comprehensive ability,transport more sports reserve talents to colleges and universities,at the same time provide experience for the cultivation of students with PE specialty in the middle schools of other areas.
