The development of teachers' profession does not only determine the development of their student' studies,but also has an influence on the teaching quality.Based on former thesis and connected with my teaching experiences,this essay tries to analyze and study the situation of the professional development of fresh elementary school math teachers by way of ?and having conversations.Through ?And conversations,I found there exists many problem in the professional development of my target people.What have caused these problems? Teachers don't know their profession well;they have little consciousness to develop their businesses;teaching theories are out of fashion;teaching methods are rigid and old;teaching experiences are not enough;they lack the ability of class management;they do not self-rebuke often;teachers don't cooperate with each other enough;the management and evaluating system in school are not suitable;the contents and forms of in-job training can not specialize to individuals.To deal with these problems,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions and strategies: making personal developmental plans;to increase positive developmental awareness;to build ideas of live and learn;to cultivate the ability of mathematical profession;to emphasize on teaching practices;to increase the ability of teaching self-rebuke;to organize the teamwork of teachers;to improve the evaluating system of teachers;to enrich in-job training activities;to form specialized school culture.
