Today,the physical fitness decline of young people,basic education is changing and the physical education status rising.The goal of physical education is one of the important aspects of the reform of physical education,and the goal of scientific teaching is the common problem of the development of physical education in various countries.In recent years,Australia has continuously promoted the reform of physical education,this paper through the use of literature,comparative analysis,case analysis and logical analysis and other research methods,the compulsory education in China and the stage of the physical education target system analysis to promote people to better understand the compulsory education the characteristics and rules of the objectives of physical education,better grasp the connotation of the target system of physical education,and promote the development of physical education in compulsory education.The results show that the target system of physical education is affected by many factors and has its own limitations.Physical education plays a very important role in both China and Australia,the two countries tend to be consistent in the stage of compulsory education.China and Australia have the same points and different degrees of differences in the training concept,value orientation,the overall expression,knowledge system,the characteristics of the stage and the evaluation system.Although the two countries have emphasized the ability to actively participate in the activities of the China,but the interest in cultivating the single way,Australia with a variety of incentives to stimulate students' interest;although the two countries are focusing on the individual in the comprehensive development of the society,but the education of collectivism and Chinese compared to Australia Leah stressed that the initiative of individual in the collective the two countries have expressed goals;simple and clear,but some expressions China abstract,Australia is specific,focused;the two countries involves a wide range of knowledge,but compared to Australia in the diversification on the basis of more life;Chinese teaching aims to follow the development of students' physical and mental characteristics,step by step,but compared with the basic stage of Chinese culture the enlightenment attaches great importance to the interest of both countries;pay attention to process evaluation,but with the Chinese "examination oriented education" compared to Australia Leah's evaluation method is more flexible.Although China's compulsory education phase of the reform of physical education teaching objectives of the system to continue to improve,but the Australian teaching objectives of the reform of our country has a certain reference value.Through the comparative analysis of revelations: first,the physical education goal of cultivating mode,culture change in the concept of interest increase attraction;second,the physical education goal to focus,increase the assessment;third,the physical education goal should be close to life,increase the practical value;fourth,to develop the physical education goal should follow the characteristics of physical and mental development.To increase the rationality;fifth,extending to the extracurricular physical education goal,increase efforts to implement.
