The 21 st century, into the new curriculum reform in our country, with the deepening of the curriculum reform, in the junior high school biology textbooks into more and more biological experiment, for high school biology into biological experiment can not only arouse the enthusiasm of the students still can exercise the student beginning ability. Can make students more love this course in biology. In the experimental class, the teacher can take advantage of the laboratory teaching mold create classroom reality, stimulate students' interest in learning. In the process of experiment teaching, create a relaxed and happy learning atmosphere, realize the experiment to complete the process, improve the students' cooperation ability and the ability to solve problems independently.This article mainly adopted questionnaire survey method, literature method, experimental method and statistical method, etc. Through the literature, understand the biological experiment teaching at home and abroad in the completion of the experiment. Part of DE jiang county middle school students do about junior middle school biology "analysis of the present status of experimental teaching of" student satisfaction survey statistics, as well as to the part of the school's biology teacher individually interview, summarize what are the fundamental problems in the process of biological experiment teaching.To put forward appropriate experimental teaching in biology methods and techniques.
