With the continuous transformation of education,curriculum reform has been deepening,school-based curriculum development is put on the agenda by more and more schools.The development of school-based curriculum not only can meet the students' individual learning requirements,promote the comprehensive development of students,but also show the school's educational philosophy and local geographical characteristics.Based on the review of the development history of school-based curriculum at home and abroad,this paper,combined with the current chemistry teaching reform practice of junior high school,and based on the junior high school chemistry and with the marine characteristics background,by using the literature review,questionnaire survey and case study,conduct a practical research to the Development of School-based Curriculum in Junior Middle School Chemistry with the marine characteristic.On the basis of the school-based curriculum theory,this study through the analysis of the curriculum environment and the survey of students' needs,make sure the feasibility of the school-based curriculum.Combined with the characteristics of junior high school chemistry and marine characteristics of the value of the fit,starting from the student standard,set the curriculum objectives,select seven topics from the marine resources of the course content,and design specific programs for curriculum implementation.Then,expound three typical teaching cases in the teaching contents and teaching design.Finally,the expert evaluation and the student questionnaire are used to explore the teaching effect of the school-based curriculum of the junior middle school chemistry.It showed that the course is feasible and has educational value.This course is an organic combination of marine education and school-based curriculum.At the same time,it is necessary to cultivate students 'marine consciousness and promote the students' all-round development while enhancing the chemistry interest and chemistry learning ability of junior high school students.Which provides a new idea for the development of marine characteristic education and the development of school-based curriculum.It also provides the first-hand information and experience for the future development of school-based curriculum.
